TRACKING

 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Refused Packages

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping

Orders shipped to the western U.S. or Canada can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. or Canada generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. RAINCRY is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

United States Postal Service (USPS) / Canada Post

USPS or Canada Post is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS or Canada Post.

DOT restricted

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.

Freight Forwarders

RAINCRY doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.

Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (orderconfirmation@RAINCRY.com).

• Friday after Thanksgiving Day — The Day After Thanksgiving Day

• December 25th — Christmas Day
• December 31st — New Year's Eve

 

For Canadian orders: In accordance with Canadian Statutory holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days:

• Third Monday of February— Family Day
• Friday before Easter Sunday— Good Friday
• Monday before May 25th — Victoria Day
