WARRANTY


We offer a Brush Warranty of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against defects caused only by faulty material(s) or workmanship. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results. That will be placed upon your skill level and how fabulous you want to look. Nor can we guarantee against any damages caused by improper handling or blow dryer malfunctions. To complete your warranty claim, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the completion of a Return Authorization Form.  Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted info@RAINCRY.com and received instructions and a Return Authorization Form. 

For an extended warranty, please register your brush here within the first 15 days of purchase.

 

RETURNS

 Modifying your order:

To modify an order, you will need to cancel your order and place a new order. Unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed.  Please note that you can cancel an order while its status is pending, confirmed or processing. Once your order shows as shipped or fulfilled, you will NOT be able to cancel or modify your order.

 

Canceling your order:

To cancel an order, click "Cancel Order" on the Order History page. You can cancel an order while it is pending, confirmed or processing. Once your order shows as shipped or fulfilled, you will NOT be able to cancel or modify your order.

 

 Wet Product Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the completion of a Return Authorization Form.  Please do not send your purchase back until you have contacted info@RAINCRY.com and received instructions for next steps. 

 

Brush Returns 

ALL BRUSH SALES ARE FINAL on any new or used brush once it has been shipped. Due to state / provincial health code regulations, hair brushes are considered a sanitary item and unfortunately we cannot accept returns and / or exchanges on any new or used brush(es) once an order has been shipped.  


Other Items (if applicable)
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Unfortunately we cannot accept products that are sanitary goods (have traces of hair or skin), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Some health and personal care items

REFUNDS


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-10 business days. 

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable):
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@raincry.com. 


Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of purchase or within the brush warranty period. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@raincry.com to make arrangements and complete the Return Authorization Form. 

Shipping 
To return your product, your Return Authorization Form will need to be approved and someone from our team will make arrangements to provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
